RLA X CSIT Guided Lifting Session 09/09 1-3PM

Come along to our guided lifting session on Wednesday, 9 September. We’ll be running both upper and lower body sessions, with groups split up depending on what you want to train.

Whether you’re a total beginner or a regular, everyone is absolutely welcome, we're here to provide guidance & demonstrations! So it’s a great opportunity to come in, learn something new, lift together and socialize.

Tickets are available in our bio! (will not be purchasable after 2 hours prior to the event)

RMIT Active Hub Members can attend without a ticket. Please bring your Active Hub scan-in tag for entry.

❗ Lockers, showers, and water are available inside the gym

‼️ Event & Meeting Details

We'll meet up in the open area at the active hub! (Tell the receptionist that you're here for the event.) Then we'll do a short briefing, and then get started!
