Come down to the RMIT Active Hub for a dedicated Deadlifts session. Here, we'll work up to heavy singles. Whether you're aiming for a new personal best or just want to experience max-effort lifting, everyone is welcome. It's a great opportunity to get tips, practice and learn with each other. Total beginner or an experienced regular, all are welcome 💪Beginner lifters will practice technique with lighter weights while learning from more experienced lifters.💪 Mini Deadlift ChallengeWe’ll also be running a casual, friendly, no prizes competition to see who can pull the most relative to body weight, and overall total. Separate categories for men and women.
