Part of the award-winning RMIT Design Archives Journal series, this beautifully produced print edition brings the Archives’ collections to life through scholarly research, archival material and distinctive visual storytelling.
This issue reflects on the legacy of influential Australian architect Graeme Gunn, recognised for his work with Merchant Builders, including Winter Park, and the Plumbers and Gasfitters Union Building.
Through essays, interviews, archival drawings and personal recollections, it looks beyond individual buildings to Gunn’s influence as an architect, educator, mentor and collaborator. It highlights the importance of community, relationships, landscape and architectural education throughout his career.
Printed on premium EcoStar+ 100% Recycled Uncoated Indigo White 350gsm stock, this journal is published by RMIT Cultural Collections / RMIT Library Services and measures 29.5 cm high by 21 cm wide.
