Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of the purchase and usually take 5 - 10 business days for an Australian order to be received once the order is dispatched. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are packed and charged according to the volume of the order.

International Orders & Shipping

Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post. International orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on your location. All customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. 

Important note for US customers:
Due to recent updates to US import tariffs, some items purchased from the RMIT Store may incur additional customs duties or import taxes upon arrival in the United States. These fees are applied by US Customs and Border Protection and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We do ship to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout, or you would like express delivery, please email rmitstore@rmit.edu.au and we can provide you with a quote.

In some instances, certain items cannot be shipped due to size and fragility. These items are available for in-store collection only. These products can be identified by the ‘Pick up only’ tag on the product and the message in the product description.
