Change of Mind

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  
  

Sale Items & Special Orders

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
• If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

This product has been custom-made through a promotional
supplier committed to responsible sourcing, ethical manufacturing and transparent supply chain practices. These include:

• Sedex membership, supporting responsible sourcing and
  improved working conditions across global supply chains
• SMETA-aligned auditing, covering labour standards, health
  and safety, environment and business ethics
• Supplier Code of Conduct, outlining expectations across
  labour practices, workplace safety and ethical behaviour
• Modern Slavery commitments, supporting the prevention of
  forced labour and human trafficking
• Environmental responsibility initiatives, including reducing
  waste, energy use and CO₂ emissions
• FSC-certified material options where applicable, supporting
  responsible forestry and raw material sourcing
• Product safety and compliance processes, including risk
  assessment, testing and regulatory alignment.

Manufacturing partners are assessed through independent
audits and ongoing supplier reviews to support ethical sourcing, environmental responsibility and consistent product quality.
