Description

A more formal option that sits closer to office or presentation use than standard pens. The Dokumental ink runs up to 4000 metres, so it lasts through heavy note-taking without frequent refills. Strong option when you want something that writes consistently and also signals RMIT in a more understated way.

  • Twist mechanism avoids lost caps and speeds up use between classes
  • Engraved logo stays clean without wearing off over time
  • Metal body adds weight for a more controlled writing feel

Change of Mind
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
  • Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

Sale Items & Special Orders
  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
  • Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
  • If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
  • If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.
