Change of Mind
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
  • Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.

Sale Items & Special Orders
  • Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
  • Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.

Damaged or Faulty Items
  • Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
  • If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
  • If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

To get the most out of your RMIT apparel and products, you should always read and adhere to the instructions on the care label attached or provided as it is specific to the product purchased.

However, given we know our products and how most people use them, we have some additional tips for you which can extend the life of your purchase even more

Drinkware (KeepCup, Frank Green, thermo bottles, water bottles, bamboo straws, mugs, wooden boards and glassware)

  • Hand wash only (even if it is dishwasher safe)
  • Warm water.
  • Mild dishwashing detergent.
  • Soft cloth or sponge.
  • Do not microwave.
  • Do not put in the freezer.

This product is a stock item sourced through a glassware supplier, with decoration applied locally in Australia.

  • Local screen-printing and finishing completed in Melbourne
  • Hand-applied decoration processes, supporting quality and consistency
  • Temperature-controlled firing process to ensure durability of printed finishes
  • Supplier selection focused on product quality and suitability for commercial use

Where available, upstream manufacturing standards are dependent on the original glassware manufacturer.
