To get the most out of your RMIT apparel and products, you should always read and adhere to the instructions on the care label attached or provided as it is specific to the product purchased.

However, given we know our products and how most people use them, we have some additional tips for you which can extend the life of your purchase even more

.......psssst, it's never a good idea to tumble dry any clothing ;-) 

Clothing (hoodies, tees, polos, crewnecks, jackets and face masks)

Gentle machine wash (Redbacks Varsity, only spot clean with a damp cloth using mild laundry detergent)

• Under 30°C, cold water preferred.
• Mild laundry detergent.
• Washed with like-coloured clothing. 

Do not bleach.

Cool iron on reverse.

Do not iron prints or decorations.

• Do not dry clean.
• Do not tumble dry.

Change of Mind

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  
  

Sale Items & Special Orders

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
• If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Free Pickup

Pickup is free at both our our RMIT Store locations in the City and Bundoora. Packing time is usually 24-48 hours. You will be notified when you order is ready for collection.

Australian Orders & Shipping

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of the purchase and usually take 5 - 10 business days for an Australian order to be received once the order is dispatched. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are packed and charged according to the volume of the order. 

International Orders & Shipping

Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post. International orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on your location. All customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
