This product is sourced from established suppliers specialising in tools and equipment for design and creative practice.

Products are selected to meet the functional requirements of RMIT courses, with a focus on durability, precision and long-term use to support reduced replacement over time.

Manufacturing and materials vary depending on the product, with items sourced through trusted partners to ensure consistent quality and performance.

We work with specialist suppliers such as Mathomat and WMC Jackson, known for producing reliable tools for education and industry use.

Change of Mind

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  
  

Sale Items & Special Orders

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
• If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

Free Pickup

Pickup is free at both our our RMIT Store locations in the City and Bundoora. Packing time is usually 24-48 hours. You will be notified when you order is ready for collection.

Australian Orders & Shipping

Orders will usually be dispatched within 2 to 3 business days of the purchase and usually take 5 - 10 business days for an Australian order to be received once the order is dispatched. Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post. Orders are packed and charged according to the volume of the order. 

International Orders & Shipping

Our international orders are shipped via Australia Post. International orders can take up to 30 business days to arrive, depending on your location. All customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
