Change of Mind

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  
  

Sale Items & Special Orders

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
• If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

To get the most out of your RMIT apparel and products, you should always read and adhere to the instructions on the care label attached or provided as it is specific to the product purchased.

However, given we know our products and how most people use them, we have some additional tips for you which can extend the life of your purchase even more

.......psssst, it's never a good idea to tumble dry any clothing ;-) 

Clothing (caps, knit beanies / scarves)

• Gentle hand wash only.
• Do not soak.
• Under 30°C, cold water preferred.
• Mild laundry detergent (wool wash for woollen products).
• Wash separately.
• Knit beanies / scarves: Gentle squeeze to remove excess wash and lay flat to dry.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.
• Do not tumble dry.

Clothing (silk scarves and ties)

• Dry clean only.

Sustainability & Manufacturing

This product has been custom-made through a manufacturing partner with established supply chain visibility and production processes.

These include:
• amfori BSCI audited manufacturing, supporting responsible labour practices and working conditions
• Identified and traceable production facilities across key stages, including knitting, dyeing, embroidery and finishing
• Supplier transparency across primary factories and subcontracted processes
• Capability to support more responsible material sourcing, including BCI cotton
• Workplace policies supporting employee wellbeing, safety and ethical business practices

Manufacturing partners are subject to independent audit processes and ongoing review to support continuous improvement in working conditions and production standards.
