Supportive weekly sessions designed to help neurodiverse students manage stress and thrive throughout the semester through gentle yoga, meditation, and mindfulness practices.
These sessions provide a calm, inclusive environment with flexible participation — attend in your own way, stay for as long as feels right, and take what you need. The program supports anxiety reduction, study readiness, and overall wellbeing during your university studies.
Pick and choose the sessions that work for you — there’s no commitment to the full 6 weeks. Simply pay $5 for each session you’d like to attend.

Accessibility & Format
No activewear required — wear comfortable, everyday clothing.
Sessions include gentle movement and guided meditation with adaptable options.
Flexible attendance is encouraged; students can arrive late, leave early, or rest as needed.
There is no pressure to interact or keep up with others.
