Be one of the first to try a brand new circuit‑style class at the RMIT Active Hub, created especially for students who want an energising, full‑body workout that fits into their day.
This high‑energy session features timed exercise stations, functional movements, and short recovery periods to help build strength, fitness, and confidence in just 45 minutes.
Exercises are easily adjustable, making the class suitable for all fitness levels—from beginners to regular gym‑goers. An RMIT Active trainer will guide the session and keep you motivated throughout.

- Tuesdays at 2:00pm
- Starting Tuesday 11 August
- Running for 4 weeks on 11, 18, 25, August, and 1 September
- Opt in to any session — attend one or all four

💧 No need to worry about getting sweaty — shower facilities are available in the Active Hub, so you can freshen up and head straight to class or uni commitments afterwards.
