Change of Mind

• Refunds: We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.
• Exchanges: We may offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unworn, unused, in resalable condition, and have all original tags attached. You will be responsible for return postage costs.
  
  

Sale Items & Special Orders

• Sale items are final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind.
• Special Orders (custom-made items, course name badges, uniforms, and equipment) are also final and cannot be refunded or exchanged for a change of mind. Please choose carefully.
  
  

Damaged or Faulty Items

• Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
• If an item has a major failure (e.g., it is unsafe, significantly different from the description, or does not do what it is supposed to), you are entitled to your choice of a refund or replacement.
• If the issue is not major, we will repair or replace the item within a reasonable time.

To get the most out of your RMIT apparel and products, always follow the care label instructions specific to your purchase. However, since we know our products well (and how most people use them), here are some extra tips to help extend the life of your items.

rPET Utility Laptop Sleeves
Cleaning: Wipe with a damp cloth for daily care. For stains, use mild soap and water—avoid harsh chemicals.
Washing: Hand wash recommended. If machine washing, use a gentle cycle with cold water in a laundry bag. No bleach or fabric softeners.
Drying: Air dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Do not tumble dry.
Storage: Keep in a dry place, avoid sharp objects, and don’t overfill to maintain shape.
Sustainability Tip: Spot clean when possible, to reduce water use.

This product is made using recycled PET (rPET) fabric, created from post-consumer plastic bottles to support reduced waste and resource use.

rPET materials help divert plastic from landfill while reducing the need for virgin polyester production.

Manufacturing and decoration processes may vary across suppliers, with products sourced through established partners to meet quality and production requirements.
