Women's Small Group Strength Training Program 2026 – Semester 2 (Bundoora Campus)

Build confidence, improve your strength, and train in a supportive environment with our revamped 4-week Women’s Small Group Strength Training Program — now with the added bonus of a free coffee voucher after each session (students only) courtesy of RUSU.

This program is exclusively for women, and is led by a qualified female personal trainer, ensuring a comfortable, inclusive, and empowering space to train.

Designed with a more personalised approach, sessions are delivered in small groups (4 participants to 1 trainer) — giving you the individual attention, guidance, and support needed to get the most out of every workout.

Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to build on your current routine, this program is suitable for all fitness levels.

Program Inclusions

• ✅ 4 x 45-minute small group personal training sessions
• ✅ 1 session per week with a qualified female trainer
• ✅ Small group format (max. 4 participants) for personalised coaching
• ✅ From $30 total for the full program
• ✅ Free coffee voucher after each session, provided by RUSU (not available to staff)

Session Times

Sessions run on Thursdays, with three available time slots:

• 11:00 AM
• 11:45 AM
• 12:30 PM

You’ll select your preferred time when registering.
