Arm Day, Wednesday 30 September, 2–4PM 💪

With week 10 here, we've already smashed through plenty of variations these past few weeks. So here's a chill arm day before things get real busy!

Whether you're a total beginner or a regular, everyone is absolutely welcome, we're here to provide demonstrations! So it's a great opportunity to come in, learn something new, lift together and socialize.

We'll meet up in the open area at the active hub right after entry. Tell the receptionist that you're here for the event.
