The RMIT Lifting Association is a free club that gives lifters at RMIT a space to connect, challenge, and uplift each other. Our objective is to foster the lifting community at our University by encouraging students of all levels and backgrounds to join in on the fun and get fit at the same time.

How do I join the club?
To join us sign up and purchase a free membership so you are kept in the loop with upcoming events, updates, and more!
When and where are your lifting session?
Our club will facilitate regular lifting sessions for members.
Do you have any events?
We aim to host social and competitive events relating to lifting activities for members throughout the year.
Social events may include gatherings, bbq's, beach getaways, game nights, etc.
Competitive events may include in house lifting competitions, lifting events, etc.
Do members compete?
RLA encourages its members to join regional competitions and it will offer support for members.
