The below outlines a summary of RMIT Active's refund conditions. If your club has a specific refund policy, their refund policy will apply.

Change of Mind

• No Refunds: Refunds are generally not available for change of mind, failure to attend, scheduling conflicts, work commitments, or general study commitments.
• Case-by-Case Assessment: Refund requests are assessed individually and approval is not automatic. Depending on the circumstances, your club may offer a full refund, partial refund, credit, or transfer.

Eligible Refund Circumstances

Refunds or transfers may be approved where appropriate supporting evidence is provided for:     

• Medical or Exceptional Circumstances: Serious illness, injury, medical condition, or other exceptional personal circumstances that significantly affect participation.   
• Program Cancellation: Where your club cancels a program, event, or activity.  
• Program Not Delivered as Promoted: Where your club is unable to substantially deliver the program, event, or activity as advertised.
