RMIT World Taekwondo is a university-based, socially oriented Taekwondo club.

Our aim is for our members (students and non-students) to improve their fitness, self-confidence, and strength of mind and body.

The training programmes focus on PoomsaeSparring, and Taekwondo skills. Each session includes a variety of exercises designed to increase flexibility, improve stamina, and enhance coordination.

We run Poomsae sessions on Tuesdays and Sparring sessions on Thursdays.

Instructor Hwayoon Paek graduated from Kyung Hee University with a major in Taekwondo physical education and is a Kukkiwon 5th Dan-certified instructor. With over 12 years of coaching experience, Hwayoon makes every lesson inspiring, energetic, and fun.

Members don’t just improve their Taekwondo skills—they become stronger and more confident, and they always leave with a smile and hopefully just a little sweat.

The first 2 sessions are FREE!
