The RMIT Filmmakers Club is registering teams for The 48 Hour Film Project which will be held in Melbourne this 24th-26th of October. Get a topic and create a short film in 48 hours!
Please note this is an external run competition. RMIT Filmmakers Club will just be responsible for organising and registering one-two teams to participate.
To join a team you must be a Club member, and there is a $15 fee which will go towards the Competition registration, the Club will cover part of the registration so this is a discounted amount. Please also make sure you are available for the entire (or majority) of the weekend Friday - Sunday 24th-26th October.
The weekend starts 6pm Friday at The Kino where teams receive their genre, character, prop and line of dialogue. At 7:30pm on Sunday the short films must be dropped off/submitted. Premiere Screenings are held on the 11th and 12th of November and the Awards Ceremony on 23rd November. This is all run by The 48 Hour Film Project not the RMIT Filmmakers Club.
