The Yoga & Meditation Club is a student community focused on helping you relax, recharge, and stay balanced during university life.
University can be busy and stressful, so our club creates a space where students can slow down, breathe, and reconnect through simple wellness practices. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or already experienced, everyone is welcome.
Our weekly Wellness Recharge sessions include Hatha Yoga, breathwork, and meditation to help improve focus, reduce stress, and support overall wellbeing.
Along with yoga sessions, we also run casual community events where students can connect, unwind, and enjoy good food together.
