Taekwon-Do (ITF) Club

The RMIT ITF Taekwon-Do Club offers internationally recognised training through CHITF and LAI Taekwon-Do. Open to all levels, sessions focus on self-defence, fitness, and sparring, fostering personal growth, social connections, and global opportunities.

The RMIT ITF Taekwon-Do Club is affiliated with the Chan Hun International Taekwon-Do Federation (CHITF) and LAI Taekwon-Do. This provides the student with an internationally recognised ranking and certificate and allows the student to continue training in schools all over the world. In training, we incorporate a version of combat designed for the purpose of self-defence.

We utilise a combination of fundamental techniques, sparring, strength training and cardio exercises to increase personal fitness. We provide training for all levels of fitness and experience. Join the ITF Taekwon-Do for self-development, social networking and new life experiences.

RMIT Sport Clubs commit to the Redbacks pledge of Pride to call for LGBTQIA+ inclusion in sport:https://www.rmit.edu.au/students/student-life/sport-and-fitness/inclusive-sport
