Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a martial art, combat sport and a self-defence system that focuses on grappling and especially ground fighting.

Training Requirements
Members will not be allowed to train until they meet the following requirements:
No-Gi:
✅ Rashguard or compression shirt (no cotton t-shirts).
✅ Fight shorts or athletic shorts with no pockets (to prevent injuries).
➡️ Spats/leggings are optional but strongly recommended for hygiene and mat safety.
Gi:
✅ Washed BJJ/Judo Gi only (unwashed Gi's harbour bacteria and odour).
❌ No street clothes or non-combat uniforms.
Hygiene:

Due to the nature of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, all members are asked to maintain high levels of personal hygiene.
