Get StrongHER This Semester: Strength Training for Women and Female-Identifying Students

Looking to build strength, boost confidence, and feel empowered in the gym? This program is a supportive, hands-on strength training program designed exclusively for women and female-identifying students.
Led by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer, these small group sessions will help you gain the skills and confidence to train effectively in a gym environment β all while enjoying the physical and mental health benefits of strength training.Β
And to top it off, RUSU will be providing a free lunch after each session, so you can refuel, connect, and enjoy some downtime with fellow participants!
