This program is exclusively for women, and is led by a qualified female personal trainer, ensuring a comfortable, inclusive, and empowering space to train.
Designed with a more personalised approach, sessions are delivered in small groups (4 participants to 1 trainer) — giving you the individual attention, guidance, and support needed to get the most out of every workout.
Whether you’re new to strength training or looking to build on your current routine, this program is suitable for all fitness levels.
Program Inclusions
- ✅ 4 x 45-minute small group personal training sessions
- ✅ 1 session per week with a qualified female trainer
- ✅ Small group format (max. 4 participants) for personalised coaching
- ✅ Only $30 total for the full program
- ✅ Free food voucher after each session, provided by RUSU, redeemable at the RUSU Realfoods Canteen located next door to the RMIT Active Hub

Sessions run on Wednesdays, with three available time slots:
