Description

The Bowen Tee is named after Bowen Street, right in the heart of RMIT’s City campus.

Designed with a bold centre chest RMIT logo, it offers a more graphic take on our everyday tees while keeping the same easy, wearable fit.

Made from soft cotton with a relaxed silhouette, it’s built for regular campus wear across study days, events and weekends.

Released in a rotation of colours throughout the year, with each colour forming part of the range as it evolves.

Details

  • Colour: Eucalyptus with full RMIT University logo printed at
    centre chest.
  • Fabric: Lightweight 180 GSM combed cotton, pre-shrunk to
    help minimise shrinkage.
  • Fit: Classic and Fitted.
  • Features:
    Side seam construction for structure;
    Reinforced shoulder taping;
    Durable double-stitched hems;
    Ribbed neckline.

Sustainability & Manufacturing

We use AS Colour garments as the base for this product. AS Colour works with recognised global organisations to support responsible production, including:

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, ensuring fabrics are tested for harmful substances
  • amfori BSCI, supporting ethical manufacturing and safe working conditions
  • Better Cotton Initiative (BCI), promoting more sustainable cotton farming

Certifications apply to the base garment. Customisation is completed by the RMIT Store.

Clothing (hoodies, tees, polos, crewnecks, jackets and face masks)

Gentle machine wash (Redbacks Varsity, only spot clean with a damp cloth using mild laundry detergent)

  • Under 30°C, cold water preferred.
  • Mild laundry detergent.
  • Washed with like-coloured clothing. 

Do not bleach.

Cool iron on reverse.

Do not iron prints or decorations.

  • Do not dry clean.
  • Do not tumble dry.

Please note we use a variety of suppliers therefore the sizes do change between garments.
