The 'Sentient' is a unique blend of practicality and cultural significance. Designed with artwork by Hollie Johnson, a Gunaikurnai and Monero Ngarigo woman from Gippsland and a 2016 RMIT Photography graduate, this bottle carries a meaningful story. The design incorporates triangles and diamonds symbolising men, while circles and semicircles represent women, with the Black, Red, Red, and Black sequence honouring ancestral ties.
The linework’s colours—yellow for the sun, green for the land, and blue for the sea—reflect the evolution of nature. Intertwining paths capture life's diverse journeys, some connected and others separate, symbolising the unique paths we each follow.
