Summary:
This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment.
The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run on each Tuesday from 11am to 11:45am on the below dates with a FREE coffee courtesy of RUSU Real Foods after each session!

These small group classes will be run by a fully qualified and experienced female trainer.
Strength training provides a vast array of physical and mental health benefits, and will give you the confidence, experience, and knowledge to exercise in a gym environment.
