Summary:
This female and female-identifying only strength training program will provide students the ability and confidence to train in a gym environment.
The cost of the 4-week program is $5 per session ($20 total) and will run each Thursday from 11am to 11:45am on the below dates in March and April, with a FREE lunch courtesy of RUSU after each session!
